Agreement
By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Service
ChopFood connects customers with independent restaurants and delivery partners. We are a technology platform, not the seller of food. Restaurant quality, preparation time, and availability are the restaurant's responsibility.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or legal reasons.
Orders and payments
Prices, fees, and availability are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by PayBitt or other authorized providers. Refunds follow restaurant and platform policies and applicable consumer law.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChopFood is not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid to us for the order giving rise to the claim in the preceding three months.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time in Account settings. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana unless mandatory local consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
